- Degree in Civil Engineering, alternatively qualified as a Master Craftsperson, Construction Technician, or equivalent qualification
- Construction site experience
- You are a team player, appreciate flat hierarchies, and have excellent communication skills
- Commercially-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of construction law (VOB/HOAI)
- Able and willing to travel occasionally
Your task
- Execute civil engineering projects
- Organise/coordinate personnel, materials and equipment
- Manage subcontractors
- Monitor economic quality, costs and deadlines
- Play a key role in promoting a collegial and structured working environment
- Manage change orders
- Monitor occupational health & safety
- Pre-cost and post-cost orders
- Invoice construction work
