- Completed degree in Civil Engineering or training as a Construction Technician or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge of VOB/A, B and C
- Practical experience of costing
- Basic technical knowledge of the individual trades
- Confident user of MS Office and costing software
Your tasks
- Cost building and civil engineering projects independently
- Prepare cost calculations and determine manufacturing costs
- Examine and clarify technical issues in the tender phase; prepare tender documents and process queries about materials
- Examine subcontractor bids; evaluate and participate in the awarding of contracts
- Examine and process tender documents
- Perform opportunity and risk assessments
