- Further training as a Foreman/Site Supervisor/Master Craftsman
- Alternatively, at least five years of sound professional experience in structural/civil/engineering construction
- Comprehensive technical knowledge
- Dependable and self-reliant with a structured approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to get things done
- Knowledge of the VOB and the current work guidelines
- Willing to travel
Your tasks
- Prepare and execute construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Independently manage the trade team of employees
- Create construction documentation and generate measurements
- Participate in construction meetings with clients
- Oversee occupational health & safety measures
- You will work hand-in-hand with the responsible site manager
- Ensure that quality control processes are executed correctly
