- Training in the construction industry with successful completion of a supervisor examination desirable
- Alternatively, at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to get things done
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-reliant with a structured approach
Your tasks
- Serve as the foreman’s right hand in major projects
- Independently manage smaller construction sites
- Assist with work preparations
- Ensure that the construction site runs smoothly and is set up correctly
- Undertake planning to ensure the optimum use of operating resources
- Monitor economic quality, costs and deadlines
