- Degree in engineering, ideally with knowledge of quality management or occupational health & safety
- Quick comprehension skills and a structured, meticulous approach
- High level of commitment and initiative
- Strong interest in quality and process management
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Your tasks
- Assist with the development and introduction of an integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), which could ultimately form part of a thesis
- Actively assist with and organise processes and tasks in the occupational health & safety, process and quality management department
- Assist with the recording of processes and the introduction of lean construction tools
- Create templates and process, procedure and work instructions
- Contribute to improvement projects and knowledge transfer within the company
